7-Day Return Policy
At InstantGadgets.in, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@instantgadgets.in. Returns must be sent to the designated address, which will be provided upon request.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original product first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
